My name is Micael. I belong to the species homo sapiens, I am male, and I live in the Mediterranean ecosystem of central Portugal. I am a Father. An Educator. An intuitive farmer. A highly sensitive observer. Passionate about sharing informal knowledge and community living. Self-taught, and a tireless apprentice of natural cycles.
I live inspired by deep ecology, permaculture, biodynamic agriculture, natural farming, life in syntropy, ecosystemic thinking, eco-mythology and the cycles of grief.
Energia Natural is the name that best represents my work, and I live with the mission of raising awareness of the integrity of our inner and outer ecosystems — because I deeply believe there is no separation between them.
